Article 25 – Payment in advance
Reservations are confirmed once is paid 50% of contracted services, unless special arrangements.
Article 26 – Cancellation of the reservation policy
The cancellation made by the user within 10 days prior to arrival date results in the following penalties, unless otherwise specified:
a) Reserve for 2 days or less, 50% of the total price charged.
b) Reserve for more than 2 days and up to 7 days, 35% of the total price charged.
c) Reserve for more than 7 days, 25% of the total price charged. The above penalties do not apply if the cancellation occurs due to force majeure, duly certified.
Article 27 – compensation for waiver of the stay
When the client or customer of an accommodation unit booked before you leave the date up to which was reserved, the owner of the property may require up to 50% equivalent of the cost of the services that remain to use, unless specifically between the parties.
Article 28 – Maintenance Reserve
When the property has confirmed the reservation without the requirement of any deposit is required to keep it up at the agreed time with the user, and if you have not done so up to 20 hours appointed day. If the client or customer has paid the deposit, the outlet required to maintain reserves completed without any time limit for the number of days to cover this, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 30 – Schedule of arrival and departure days
Entrance – From 16 hours.
Departure – Before 12 hours.
